About me 

Although I studied Biology at University, my passion for books and reading led me to work as a teacher of reading for more than twenty years. Working at the school library allowed me to discover how important literature is for all of us. Teaching how to read and discover the sound and the magic of the Spanish language through rhymes, stories, tongue twisters and games helped me to develop strategies to teach Spanish to children and adults. The students are always at the centre of the teaching. Based on their needs and strengths the lessons guide the students to make the learning process an enjoyable adventure. I am always trying to find creative ways of teaching. A song, an advert, a movie, a cartoon or a joke are good resources to enrich the vocabulary and to understand Spanish culture. I look forward to teaching and sharing with you this beautiful language.
